How can I track my order?
Order tracking will be provided by the carrier selected based on the preferred delivery method of the customer.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped from our Camarillo, CA warehouse. PPE Surplus utilizes trusted partners such as USPS, UPS and Fedex to pick up our orders each day and get them in the hands of our customers as quickly as possible.
How soon after purchase will my items be shipped?
To best serve and protect all our customers, we've updated our logistics, transportation and supply chain processes to prioritize stocking and delivering items to medical facilities and essential businesses. PPE Surplus's California warehouse will fulfill all medical facilities and essential business orders in 24 hours. Regular purchases will be fulfilled in 1-2 days from the time of purchase.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of purchase with your request clearly stated in your email’s subject-line.
Does PPE Surplus accept returns?
At this time, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened goods. For all other inquiries and questions, please email us at email@example.com.
